  1. 1.When are you open?

  2. We are open at 9am seven days a week.  We close at 9pm Monday through Saturday and at 6pm on Sunday.

  3. 2.How do I order refills? 

  4. You may order refills online by clicking on the pictures of the store or by clicking on the “Refills” page and clicking the store photo or “Refills: Click Here”. 

  5. You may also call 734-426-1600, 24-hours a day and leave your order with one of our Pharmacy staff (during business hours) or on our messaging system after-hours. 

  6. Please do not email us your refill information as we cannot ensure the privacy of information sent via email.

  7. 3.What forms of payment do you accept? 

  8. We accept cash, checks, Debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

  9. 4.What types of insurance do you accept? 

  10. We accept hundreds of insurance plans. (see list below for a sample).  We cannot accept Express Scripts plans at this time.  We have been working to get a contract with Express Scripts - if you are covered by Express Scripts and would like them to add us as a contract, please contact them (by calling the number on the back of your card) to let them know. 

  11. We also process Workers Compensation claims.

  12. 5.How should I dispose of my unwanted prescription and non-prescription medications? 

  13. We participate in the WASHTENAW COUNTY MEDICINE TAKE BACK PROGRAM so we can accept your unused and expired drugs during normal business hours.  We cannot accept any controlled substances.  You can learn more about the program at http://www.dontflushdrugs.com.

  14. 6.What is Sunmark?

  15. The Sunmark brand is our in-store generic or store brand.  When you see the Sunmark brand next to your favorite name brand, you can be assured that the active ingredients are exactly the same and you will get a better value by purchasing the Sunmark brand - get the same thing at a lower price.

  16. 7.What’s going on with the downtown store?

  17. The store on Main Street will not reopen as a pharmacy.  During the summer we will run blood drives through the store but we are planning to look for a tenant or put in another business as quickly as possible.

  18. 8.What’s going on with the new store? 

  19. We are building a new location at 2820 Baker Road (between Katie’s and the school) and we hope to be moved in by the end of October.

  20. 9.Do you donate to local non-profits? 

  21. Yes, we are very active in the local community and donate cash or items for auction to sports teams, school events, church events, Chelsea Community Hospital, Educational Foundation of Dexter, Pride and Honor Flights, Boy Scouts and many other organizations.
